A shipping fee of 100 LE applies to each refund request. Once we receive your returned item, the refund process takes about 1 week.

Start your exchange through our returns portal — enter your order number, choose the item, and pick the size or style you’d like instead.

A shipping fee of 100 LE applies to each exchange request, and the process takes about 1 week. Exchanges are subject to availability — if the item is out of stock, we will arrange a refund or store credit.

You can cancel your order any time before it ships. Once it has been handed to the courier, it can no longer be cancelled — but you can still return it once it arrives, following our Refunds steps above.

To cancel, contact us using the details at the bottom of this page as soon as possible with your order number.

Orders are fully delivered within 2–3 business days. We ship across Egypt through trusted couriers, and you will receive tracking details once your order is on its way.

International

International shipping may be available on select orders; cost and timing are shown at checkout, and any customs duties or import fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Please double-check your shipping details — CNDY STUDIOS is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
